TEMPERATE NORTHERN ATLANTIC

The Temperate Northern Atlantic marine realm comprises of the temperate and subtropical waters of the North Atlantic Ocean and adjacent seas, including the Mediterranean Sea, Black Sea and northern Gulf of Mexico. It is home to approximately 6 species of seagrass.

Restoration Forth

Launched in 2022, Restoration Forth is working with local communities to restore seagrass and oyster habitats to the Firth of Forth.
