Paula is the Fundraising Manager at Project Seagrass, with over 25 years’ experience across fundraising and marketing. She has led high-performing teams and delivered income growth across multiple streams, including trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships and major donors.

She has worked with national charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, Action on Hearing Loss, Alzheimer’s Society and 224 Youth Zone, as well as smaller organisations such as Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity and Tŷ Hafan. Paula has also worked as a fundraising consultant with charities including Teenage Cancer Trust, Rubicon Dance and SNAP Specialist Play.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, Paula is passionate about personal and team development. She is proud to support Project Seagrass in restoring and protecting seagrass habitats at both a national and global scale.

Outside of work, Paula is a published poet and world record holder. She enjoys spending time in nature, reading, walking and watching films and documentaries, and is a proud wife, mum and grandmother.
