
Operations Support Officer
Hannah Mance is a marine scientist with a background spanning marine ecology, applied aquaculture research, and project management.
She holds an MSc in Marine Biology from Bangor University, where she researched intertidal rocky shore ecosystems, and a BSc in Marine Biology from Newcastle University.
During her undergraduate studies, she contributed to seagrass meadow surveys in Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, which helped develop an interest in coastal habitat conservation.
Before joining Project Seagrass, Hannah coordinated aquaculture nutrition research programmes and later served as Operating Director at a Singapore-based aquaculture research facility. She brings experience in scientific research, project delivery, and international operations.
